Background

A member of the Natural Resources Department, Aurora Marsh conducts legal research related to water rights, land use and natural resources. She has worked on issues related to transportation, public infrastructure, and the environment within regulatory and litigation frameworks. 

During law school, Aurora was heavily involved in appellate practice. This included serving as the president of the Moot Court Division of the Barrister’s Council, placing first in the Rothgerber Moot Court Competition in 2021, and representing clients in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals as a student attorney. Aurora was also elected to the Order of the Barristers. At the trial level, she served as a judicial extern for Judge Michael Vallejos in Colorado’s 2nd Judicial District.
