Known for her business-centered approach and balanced negotiating style, Janae Magee represents borrowers, financial institutions and institutional investors in negotiating and documenting commercial real estate financing facilities, including construction and permanent financing, real estate portfolio transactions, acquisition financing and mortgage loans.

Janae's experience includes a broad range of real property types, including industrial, office, retail, mixed-use condominium, multifamily, hospitality, restaurant and medical office buildings. She also works with REIT borrowers with various subsidiary structures on their financing matters.

Prior to joining Brownstein, Janae handled real estate finance transactions at Hogan Lovells in Denver; a regional firm in Nashville, Tennessee; and an international firm with an office in Boulder.
