Background

An experienced legal researcher, Dania Masur focuses on corporate transaction and governance issues. She drafts orders on various legal subjects in the corporate governance context, including attorney and accountant-client privileges, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. She also has experience drafting motions, complaints, discovery requests, disclosures, demand letters and mediation briefs.

Dania was a summer associate for the firm and during her time at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law she was a member of the Business Law Society, contracts research assistant, research and writing teaching assistant and peer mentor. Dania also served as a Brownstein Summer Fellow interning at Intrado in its Life and Safety Division.
