While he’s worked with some of the most recognizable names in the tech industry, Peter Nagle is also no stranger to the targeted needs of niche businesses. His practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution, patent strategy and post-grant proceedings and spans many disciplines, including consumer electronic devices, electric vehicles, unmanned aerial vehicles, video and audio streaming, user interfaces, automated speech recognition, intelligent automated assistants, optics and general computer software.

Along with helping clients navigate the complicated world of patent prosecution, patent drafting and post-grant proceedings, Peter also helps clients build and maintain a patent portfolio that satisfies their specific strategic goals. Prior to joining the firm, Peter was an associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Palo Alto, California. Before his career in law, Peter was an applications engineer at Power and Controls Automation in Tampa, Florida, where he developed computer programs for automated manufacturing machinery, process control systems and mining equipment.
