Brielle Rumsey brings strong legal research and writing skills and a detail-oriented approach to her transactional real estate practice. She has experience drafting purchase and sale agreements, promissory notes and conveyance instruments.
Prior to Brownstein, Brielle was an associate at a law firm in the Denver area, where she focused on estate planning, probate services, and business formation. As part of her practice, she helped clients form business entities for real property ownership and liability protection. Additionally, she guided clients through the trust administration and probate process. During law school, she was a law clerk in the Business Innovation Clinic at Gonzaga University School of Law.
