Brielle Rumsey is a dynamic real-estate attorney with a broad spectrum of experience. Dedicated and innovative, Brielle’s work has included lender-side finance transactions, corporate restructurings and fund roll downs, acquisitions and dispositions across different asset classes from multi-family and commercial to agricultural and industrial properties, public finance, land use, and commercial leasing.
Prior to Brownstein, Brielle was an associate at a Denver area law firm, where she focused on estate planning, probate services, real estate transactions and business formation. During law school, she was a law clerk in the Gonzaga School of Law’s Business Innovation Clinic, where she primarily worked with startup companies and nonprofits.
