Lauren represents lenders and borrowers in a wide range of complex financing matters, including asset-based lending, senior and subordinated debt offerings, and syndicated term loans. Working on matters in both U.S. and international jurisdictions, she has also represented lenders in international finance, restructuring and bankruptcy matters.
Prior to Brownstein, Lauren worked in the global finance group at Paul Hastings LLP. While in law school, she was the symposium editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law.
