Background

Neil Sandhu has extensive experience developing claims, authoring briefs and helping his clients navigate complex civil matters in state and federal court.

Neil began his career as a litigation associate at Brownstein. He then spent a year serving as a law clerk to Judge Robert E. Bacharach on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit before returning to the firm.

Prior to joining Brownstein, Neil served as an extern to Judge Eid on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and as an intern to Judge Collyer on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

During law school, Neil honed his writing abilities as an articles editor for the Colorado Technology Law Journal. He was the co-champion of the Rothgerber Moot Court Competition, won Best Brief at the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition and had the most public service hours in his graduating class. He graduated with awards in trial advocacy and clinic and was inducted into the Order of the Coif and Order of the Barristers.
