Self-motivated and conscientious, Ryan Podstupka is a real estate attorney who works with private and institutional lenders, individuals, developers and corporations in a wide range of transactions. He combines an in-house background with high emotional intelligence to understand clients’ business needs and leverage key relationships for successful outcomes.
Before joining the firm, Ryan worked as real estate corporate counsel at M.D.C. Holdings, where he drafted and negotiated purchase and sale contracts and handled disputes with homeowners’ associations, municipalities and prospective homeowners. He was also previously a principal at RMP Settlement LLC and an associate at Kevin Schmitt & Associates, PC and the Law Offices of Robert Vincent Sisca & Associates, two real estate firms in New York and Connecticut, respectively.
