
Background
Proactive and a skilled negotiator, Briana Seyarto Flores focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in state and federal trial courts. She brings a versatile background, including experience with false advertising and unfair competition claims, consumer class-actions, antitrust claims and contract disputes. Along with active litigation, Briana also advises clients on government investigations and business strategy.
Briana joined the firm from the Los Angeles office of a large international law firm, where she was a commercial litigation associate. While in law school, she was a managing editor for the Journal of Internal Law Foreign Affairs and worked as a judicial extern for the Judge Cathy Ann Bencivengo in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
She is not yet licensed to practice in Colorado.
