Brianna Smith is a strategic litigator known for her work ethic, client service and professionalism. She previously served as deputy chief assistant U.S. attorney in Nevada where she supervised a team of attorneys and tried cases for the United States.

Before her public service, Brianna developed a civil litigation practice with a focus on the health care industry and business disputes. She brings sharp litigation skills and a record of successful verdicts for clients in jury and bench trials as well as alternative dispute resolutions. Brianna’s government experience offers unique experience navigating governmental issues.

Brianna is also a legislatively appointed commissioner on the Nevada Commission on Ethics.
