This includes acquisition, disposition, diligence, ground-up development, redevelopment, leasing, land use and entitlements for commercial, industrial, office, mixed-use and hospitality real estate projects. Representative Matters
- Counsel to Caesars Entertainment, Inc., in connection with the sale of Harrah’s Reno Hotel Casino for $41.5 Million to an affiliate of CAI Investments.
- Counsel to Caesars in connection with its $375 million development of Caesars Forum Convention Center.
- Represented Caesars Entertainment Corporation in its $516 million sale and leaseback of the Rio All-Suites Hotel Casino to a company affiliated with Dreamscape Companies, owned and controlled by Eric Birnbaum.
- Represented JMA Ventures, LLC in the financing of a construction loan by and between JMA Reno Hotel Holdings, LLC and BPC Lending I, LLC for development of a new Aloft Hotel in Reno, Nevada across from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.
