Background

With deep experience in emerging and established regulated industries, Cameron Gable is a skilled regulatory attorney with experience spanning multiple industries.

He counsels clients in environmental, land use and energy matters and helps navigate regulatory schemes around strategic technologies like carbon capture and storage (CCS). Cameron has experience working with a wide set of industries including agriculture, consumer goods, energy, life sciences, medical devices, real estate, semiconductors and technology.

Able to navigate the interplay of state and federal regulations, Cameron also counsels on matters related to California’s extensive environmental laws like the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the Coastal Act. This is paired with his expertise in federal environmental regulations like the Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the Endangered Species Act (ESA).

Prior to joining the firm, Cameron was an associate at Jones Day where he focused on a variety of regulatory issues.  While in law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Cathy Ann Bencivengo of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
