Cameron S. Van Beek

Cameron is a corporate attorney with experience in middle-market mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He represents private equity and strategic buyers and sellers in equity and asset sales and advises sponsors and portfolio companies on platform acquisitions, carve-outs and add-on transactions. His practice also includes fund and entity formation, structuring and review of commercial contracts, and he serves as outside counsel to companies and nonprofit organizations.

While at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Cameron was editor-in-chief of Race to the Bottom. He also clerked for an international law firm and externed with an international asset management company.
