Background
Cara Malley brings a strong foundation in legal research, writing and client-focused advocacy to Brownstein’s corporate practice. Her experience spans corporate law, litigation, real estate and estate planning, developed through clerkships and externships with high-performing legal firms, as well as the Boulder District Court. In these roles, she drafted legal memoranda, court orders and client communications. She also gained hands-on exposure to arbitration, mediation and judicial proceedings.
Cara’s legal journey began with a legal internship at a local Denver practice, where she supported trial preparation and drafted legal correspondence. During law school, Cara was a student attorney with the University of Colorado Law School Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, where she assisted clients with forming and organizing their business entities.
