Casey A. Zetterberg

Casey Zetterberg brings diverse legal knowledge and strong market insight to her transactional corporate practice. She advises private equity funds and business owners on mergers and acquisitions in industries including consumer products, manufacturing, construction and technology. She also counsels clients on venture capital financings, minority investments, reorganizations and general corporate matters.

Before joining Brownstein, Casey held several externships during law school, including work in intellectual property, compliance and general corporate matters.

Casey is a member of the firm’s Associates Committee and Pro Bono Associates Committee and serves on the board of Project Safeguard.
