Background
As a member of the firm’s corporate finance group, Charles represents commercial banks, investment banks, direct lending institutions and private equity funds in both borrower-side and lender-side financing transactions. Charles advises his clients in secured and unsecured, bank financings, syndicated loans, asset-based facilities, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, bridge lending, loan commitments and other complex credit facilities.
Charles was a Brownstein summer associate in 2019, and, prior to law school, Charles worked for a Fortune 500 company in the oil and gas industry.

- Represented Clarion Capital Partners in its acquisition of, and acquisition financing for, Ad.net, Inc., a leading provider of digital performance advertising through intent-driven marketing for leading brands and agencies.
- Represented Mountaingate Capital in its acquisition of, and acquisition financing for, Acceleration Partners, LLC, a premier global partner marketing agency.
