Claire Zain is a corporate attorney who focuses her practice on transactional employment law.
Previously, Claire served as associate counsel for Ardent Mills, where she worked on a wide variety of matters, including internal investigations, arbitrations, employee complaints and charge responses, collective bargaining agreement negotiations and overseeing outside counsel on litigation matters. She has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, researching regulatory matters and updating company policies and procedures, among other things.
