With nearly a decade of experience supporting attorneys across a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters, Erin Goldbaum brings valuable expertise to her role at Brownstein. She has extensive expertise in corporate governance, entity formation, securities filings and the coordination of complex deal closings. 

Known for her precision and efficiency, Erin plays a key role in coordinating due diligence, drafting closing checklists and ensuring timely and accurate execution of legal documents.

Before joining Brownstein, Erin worked as a paralegal at law firms in both Denver and New York City.
