Background
Jennifer Lee centers her practice on public agency law, with a particular focus on land use, planning and code enforcement. In addition to advising municipal and special district clients on day-to-day matters, she has extensive experience on compliance with the Brown Act, the Public Records Act, conflict-of-interest and election laws.
Prior to joining Brownstein, Jennifer worked as an assistant city attorney for a mid-sized California city, where she acted as the primary legal advisor to the Community Development, Parks and Recreation, and Fire Departments.
