Background
Tristan Kawecki is a practical, business-minded attorney who advises clients on complex commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on lender- and borrower-side real estate financings and hospitality matters. She also handles leasing and acquisition and disposition work, with an understanding of the business considerations and pace that often drive those transactions. Tristan takes a detail-oriented approach to drafting and negotiating key agreements, helping move deals efficiently from structuring through closing.
Before joining the firm as an associate, Tristan served as a summer associate. She earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver and an LL.M. in international European business law in Spain.
Tristan serves on the Associates Advisory Board for the Legal Aid Foundation of Colorado.
