Kate Meade assists the firm’s Employment Group in every aspect of its employment cases. This includes discovery, drafting pleadings, filings in federal and state court, docketing, arbitration and trial preparation and settlement, coordination of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) requests, and preparation of position statements, collective bargaining agreements and employee handbooks.
