
Background
A deeply committed advocate and gifted legal writer, Madyson Bathke’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Her past experience includes medical malpractice, nursing home and personal injury cases.
Prior to Brownstein, Madyson leveled up from a law clerk to an attorney at a personal injury law firm in Las Vegas. While in law school, she worked as a research assistant and contributed to Nevada’s first state climate policy in 2020. Madyson was also a notes editor for the UNLV Gaming Law Journal, the vice President of the Society of Advocates and the president of the Health Law Society.
