Background
Marissa Peck is a real estate attorney with a focus on representing special districts in support of commercial, residential and mixed-used real estate development projects. She helps clients navigate complex municipal agreements, tax structures and land use laws.
Marissa joined Brownstein from White, Bear, Ankele, Tanaka Waldron. Her experience includes appearing as general counsel before city councils, commissions and district court judges at hearings in support of organizational petitions as well as preparing land use applications, resolutions, intergovernmental agreements, special district service plans and organizational petitions. While in law school, she was an international law clerk for Sequoia Legal and the senior managing editor for the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy.
