Background
Micah Hardy brings strong legal research skills, strategic case management and a collaborative mindset to his practice at Brownstein. He previously served as the firm’s legal technology advisor and supported Brownstein’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group by conducting legal research, composing court filings and preparing client presentations. In that role, he also drafted amicus briefs submitted to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court on First Amendment issues.
Prior to joining Brownstein, Micah built a foundation in bankruptcy law during his time at a firm focused on consumer bankruptcy and debt relief. There, he worked with a diverse client portfolio and managed a high-volume caseload, gaining practical experience in client advocacy and legal strategy.
