Background
Molly Marias brings a strategic and highly analytical approach to her corporate practice, where she leverages her extensive legal research and writing skills to aid clients in a variety of complex transactional and corporate governance matters.
In law school, Molly was the executive editor of the Nevada Law Journal, served as the Frank A. Schreck Gaming Law Chair for the Society of Advocates moot court team and graduated with a concentration in business and commercial law. Prior to joining Brownstein, Molly served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Michael P. Gibbons at the Nevada Court of Appeals.
Molly is particularly interested in the intersection of business, emerging technologies and the law, and her student note, “I Want My NFT!: How an NFT Creative Commons Parallel Would Promote NFT Viability and Decrease Transaction Costs in NFT Sales,” was published in the NYU Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law.
