Monica Able has supported attorneys in the firm’s Real Estate Department for more than a decade. In her role, she handles reviewing and analyzing title commitments, supporting documents, surveys, zoning reports, ancillary documents and purchase and sale agreements relative to acquisitions, sales and financing transactions. Monica has served as lead paralegal on financings in excess of $2 billion, and her team counts on her to manage key documents and closing deliverables to ensure the transactions close on time.
Before joining the firm, she provided top-tier administrative assistance to executives at a real estate investment trust.
