Offering legal guidance grounded in market realities, Nick Moore primarily focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and representing private equity sponsors, entrepreneurs and strategic companies in both buy-side and sell-side engagements. Nick works with clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, minority equity investments, entity formation and any other general corporate matters.
Nick’s comprehensive experience allows him to provide clear and efficient counsel rooted in understanding commercial pressures and cross-jurisdictional considerations.
Nick was formerly a summer associate with the firm and while in law school, he also served as a student attorney with his alma mater’s Community Economic Development Clinic. He also brings a background in account management and global market research, supplementing his legal expertise with a practical understanding of how businesses operate, from budgets and deadlines to risk and ROI.
