Background
Nina Christensen brings a sharp analytical mindset and a background in corporate transactions and strategic communications to her legal practice. Her experience in both law and business allows her to approach client matters with precision, creativity and a deep understanding of deal-making.
Nina returns to Brownstein after completing her a summer associateship with the firm, where she assisted with legal analysis, document drafting and client engagement across a range of corporate matters. This bolstered her work as an intern for Colorado Supreme Court Chief Justice Brian D. Boatright, where she drafted case memoranda and conducted legal research.
Prior to law school, she worked in brand partnerships and marketing with multiple high-value brands, where aided in the creation and execution of multimillion-dollar marketing campaigns and collaborated with legal teams on contract negotiations.
