Background
Noah Katz, as part of Brownstein’s Public Affairs team, assists clients with the development and execution of strategic communications plans related to legislative, regulatory and policy objectives. He partners with clients to create bespoke communication products that meet the moment and translate complicated policy perspectives into highly effective messaging. He additionally works on media outreach, messaging and rapid response efforts by interfacing with reporters, monitoring media coverage and providing robust analysis to clients.
Before joining Brownstein, Noah served as a senior writer at Stand Together, Charles Koch’s philanthropic network consisting of some of America’s top business leaders, where he led the organization’s investor stewardship and core content capabilities and oversaw executive communications to top-level donors. Noah also spent time in several Congressional offices focusing on foreign and defense policy, further strengthening his understanding of the federal policy landscape.
