Background
Dawn Sullivan works with the firm’s Intellectual Property Technology Group to assist clients with protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. Her work includes prosecution of foreign and domestic trademark matters, copyright protection and assistance with policing unauthorized use of intellectual property.
Additionally, Dawn assists the firm’s Corporate Business practice with intellectual property due diligence research in connection with mergers acquisitions. She also assists with the prosecution and defense of oppositions and cancellations in front of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
