Background
Judi Cloutier is a fourth-generation Coloradan with more than 30 years experience in the legal field and 20 years specializing in real estate transactions. She assists the Real Estate Department with all matters related to structuring, financing, land use, development, acquisition and disposition of all types of commercial real estate transactions. She provides integral support on entity formation, contract and lease review, title, survey and due diligence review, preparation of closing and entity documentation, coordinating and conducting closings and completing post-closing matters.
