René works on a wide range of issues within the firm’s Real Estate practice. René’s role includes reviewing and analyzing contracts, term sheets and ancillary documents; drafting closing documents; reviewing title and surveys, lease abstracts, covenants, conditions and restrictions, and other documents relative to complex commercial real estate transactions including development, acquisitions, sales, and financing mechanisms of all type.
