Sara Mares is a securities and corporate paralegal assisting the firm’s Corporate Business department with many aspects of securities registration and reporting under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Sara’s work also includes a broad range of general corporate and transactional topics, including entity formation and maintenance, many aspects of entity operations, mergers and acquisitions, transfer agent services, Uniform Commercial Code filings, EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visa offerings and Hart-Scott-Rodino Premerger Notification filings.
Sara contributes to the firm’s pro bono service commitment by supporting attorney work on non-profit entity formation, maintenance, operations, mergers and acquisition and preparation and filing of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals applications with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
