Background

Tommy Mottur supports Brownstein’s International practice by monitoring key political developments in the legislative and executive branches and the geopolitical occurrences that affect domestic policy. He drafts research and analysis to ensure clients are up-to-date on the issues most important to them. His expertise in foreign policy, relating to global relations and international trade, allows him to provide advocacy guidance around complex issues affecting multinational corporations, foreign companies doing business domestically and domestic businesses looking to increase market share overseas.

Tommy’s work is enhanced from his time covering U.S. executive branch, foreign policy and private sector developments with Crowell & Moring. He also interned for Rep. Ed Perlmutter (D-CO), focusing on economic policy, and with the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban affairs, supporting Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH).
