Background
Preet Chopra supports attorneys in the firm’s Intellectual Property Department on a range of matters, focusing primarily on intellectual property litigation, including trademark, copyright and patent disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as a litigation paralegal at a boutique law firm focused on insurance defense and liability litigation. In that role, she assisted attorneys throughout all phases of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, preparing motions and assisting with trial preparation.
