Background

Rajinder Saini is a real estate attorney who advises clients on a broad range of transactional matters.

Rajinder also has experience providing litigation support, including conducting discovery, researching causes of action, drafting motions, complaints and other litigation-related documents as well as assisting with depositions, settlement negotiations and other court proceedings.

Prior to joining Brownstein, Rajinder was an associate at a Boston firm, where she represented borrowers and lenders in structuring term, bridge, permanent mortgage, construction and mezzanine loans. She also gained public sector and nonprofit experience through internships with Justice at Work and the U.S. Department of Labor. At Justice at Work, she worked closely with immigrant workers and worker centers on employment and labor matters involving wage and hour violations, workplace injuries, discrimination, and unemployment benefits. At the U.S. Department of Labor, she collaborated with judges and staff attorneys to evaluate cases, conduct legal research, and draft decisions, memoranda, and orders addressing disputed factual and legal issues.
