Background
In his role, Ryan McGuirk ensures Brownstein is in compliance with its external commitments while following all applicable rules and regulations that may control or limit its role in providing top-tier representation. He makes sure the firm is able to follow through with outside counsel guidelines, meet privacy and security concerns, and provide modern information governance processes. Ryan also takes an active role in the firm’s operations by reviewing, negotiating and tracking vendor contracts.
Prior to joining Brownstein, Ryan directed business operations at the Colorado School of Mines, where he focused on university-wide policy, procurement and business operations contracting.
