Sarah E. Bronstad

A collaborative, strategic and thorough land use planner, Sarah Bronstad brings extensive experience and project management skills to the multifaceted role of coordinating development projects in Santa Barbara County. She assists the firm’s Natural Resources attorneys on a variety of land use and development projects throughout California’s Central Coast. 

Prior to joining Brownstein, Sarah previously worked for two Los Angeles-based development companies, and then as a senior associate for Vanguard Planning, where she did land use planning, permitting, due diligence research and project management for local developers and property owners to expedite projects through the complex entitlement process.
