Tyler also has significant board experience, making her familiar with fiduciary responsibilities and effective at communicating with institutional leadership.
Tyler joined the firm from an international AmLaw 200 firm, where she focused on general corporate and securities matters. Her experience includes registration statements and transaction agreements, corporate governance and compliance reports, and leading general due diligence efforts—serving as the primary associate contact for several public company clients.
