Background

Vince Luparell is a corporate attorney with a broad range of legal expertise. His M&A experience, litigation background and tax knowledge from his service at the IRS give him a better understanding of the business needs and obstacles facing his clients. Applying this knowledge, Vince focuses on a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, formation and structuring, corporate governance, commercial contract negotiation, taxable consequences of business transactions and litigation mitigation.

Vince joined the firm from a middle-market firm in Denver, where he represented buy-side and sell-side clients in M&A deals ranging from $1 million to $288 million. Vince often acts as outside general counsel, providing business-focused, solutions-oriented advice to entrepreneurs, corporate executives and boards of directors in a variety of industries. He is passionate about delivering high-quality, efficient and creative solutions to meet his clients’ legal needs.

Vince served in the Montana Army National Guard and was deployed to Iraq with an infantry line company in 2004 during Operational Iraqi Freedom III.
