Wendy Nishida helps manage U.S. patent prosecution for the firm’s Intellectual Property practice. She supports attorneys in preparing and filing patent applications and responses, managing deadlines, and processing office actions and related documents from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Wendy also prepares reporting communications, communicates with clients and the USPTO, maintains patent dockets, tracks deadlines, and manages electronic files.
Before joining the firm, Wendy served as an intellectual property specialist at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and Holland & Hart.
