A real estate attorney with the skills necessary to tackle any commercial transaction, Zach Siegel leverages an understanding of his clients’ businesses to achieve their strategic goals. Zach has specific expertise in complex acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and development projects (including master-planned communities).
Zach’s work spans asset classes—multifamily, retail, office, industrial and mixed use—and transactions big and small. Zach handles every component of the deal with significant experience negotiating complex agreements, managing due diligence, assisting with corporate structuring, coordinating financing and facilitating closing. Whether his client is an institutional investor acquiring a portfolio of multifamily properties or a restaurant tenant negotiating a lease for 1,500-square-feet of space, Zach utilizes his expertise to navigate his clients through every step of a transaction.
