Darcy Levy functions as corporate counsel for companies, providing advice relating to commercial transactions, website agreements, privacy matters and everything in between. Darcy’s expertise is in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and she prides herself on creative problem-solving for clients. She enjoys working with companies across a range of industries, from technology to software to consumer goods, as well as early stage companies.

Darcy started her legal career as a transactional lawyer at a large, international firm in Boston, transitioned to a smaller corporate practice in Denver, and worked for several years as in-house counsel at Leprino Foods Company, the world’s largest manufacturer of mozzarella cheese. With significant experience as both in-house and external counsel, Darcy provides multifaceted and insightful counsel.

Darcy is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US).
