Ali Metzl Named One of ColoradoBiz Magazine’s 2018 GenXYZ Top 25 Young Professionals
Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Ali Metzl, a shareholder in the firm’s Corporate & Business Department, was recognized as one of ColoradoBiz Magazine’s 2018 GenXYZ Top 25 Young Professionals. This award honors 21- to 39-year-old go-getters in Colorado who are standouts in their companies and communities. Ali was featured in the January/February 2018 issue of the magazine and recognized on Jan. 18 at the GenXYZ Awards Event at Mile High Station.
Ali specializes in middle market M&A transactions, with a current emphasis on consumer products. She represents private equity funds, other financial sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as entrepreneurs and business owners in a wide variety of business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, follow-on investments, internal reorganizations, divestitures, minority investments, equity financings, corporate governance advice and management equity arrangements.
In 2014, Ali founded and currently serves as co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Leadership Initiative, which seeks to develop female attorneys and policy professionals. She also serves on the firm’s Gender Diversity Task Force and is co-chair of Brownstein’s Summer Associate Program.
