Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Amalia Sax-Bolder, an associate in its Denver office, has joined the board of directors of The Center on Colfax, the largest LGBTQ community center in the Rocky Mountain region. The Center on Colfax gives a voice to Colorado's LGBTQ community and plays a pivotal role in statewide initiatives to reduce harassment and discrimination.
During her three-year term, Sax-Bolder will advise on policy setting, planning, programming and fundraising, public relations, financial management and other organizational matters. As a member of the organization’s Finance Committee, she will also work alongside other committee members and The Center on Colfax’s vice president of finance administration.
“I am excited to join the board of an incredible organization that is devoted to creating a safe, healthy, inclusive and equitable space for LGBTQ people in Colorado,” Sax-Bolder said. “The resources and programs that The Center provides have a profound impact on the LGBTQ community.”
