Amalia Sax-Bolder, a shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Litigation Department, has been selected as a 2025 Colorado LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce 40 Under 40 Business Leaders honoree.
Sax-Bolder guides a diverse set of clients in her bankruptcy and restructuring practice. She maintains an active Chapter 11 debtor practice and also represents lenders, purchasers, secured creditors, strategic investors and trustees in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies, receiverships and foreclosures. She is a skilled litigator and frequently represents clients in adversary proceedings and arbitrations, relief from stay matters and property turnover disputes.
Sax-Bolder serves as co-chair of Brownstein’s Pride employee resource group. She also serves as co-chair of the board of directors at The Center on Colfax, the largest LGBTQ+ community center in the Rocky Mountain region. In her pro bono practice, Sax-Bolder is frequently engaged to represent nonprofit organizations in LGBTQ+-related litigation in Colorado and across the country. She was also named as a 40 Best LGBTQ+ Lawyers Under 40 for the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association in 2023.
Sax-Bolder will be recognized at a Colorado LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce reception on June 25. The Colorado LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce aims to connect and strengthen Colorado through LGBTQ+ and allied businesses. It champions the success and economic impact of the LGBTQ+ business community to promote, connect and advance commerce, diversity and equality.
