Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Avi Loewenstein, a shareholder in the Denver office, was recognized with a 2019 M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders Award. Loewenstein will be recognized with this national award on Sept. 17 in New York City at the New York Athletic Club.
The Annual M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders Awards recognizes and celebrates the achievements of young M&A, financing and turnaround professionals who have reached a significant level of success and made a notable contribution to their industry and community.

A key member of Brownstein’s Corporate & Business Department, Loewenstein represents private equity funds, entrepreneurs, family offices and private companies in a variety of complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth equity and minority investments, corporate reorganizations and general corporate matters. He has crafted complex joint ventures and has helped to form, finance and advise emerging businesses in a variety of industries. Additionally, Loewenstein has extensive experience in various matters involving Colorado and Delaware limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations, including rendering advice as to matters of state law with respect to the formation, operation and dissolution of limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations.
