Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to welcome Airina Rodrigues to its Brand Management, Trademark & Copyright Protection practice as a shareholder. She is based in the firm’s Denver office.
Rodrigues focuses her practice on the development, protection and commercialization of intellectual property assets in matters involving trademarks and trade dress (including global trademark portfolio management and strategic advice), copyrights, trade secrets, right of publicity, false advertising, patents and commercial contracts. An experienced litigator, Rodrigues has successfully represented clients in U.S. federal district and appellate courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as well as in developing and deploying cross-border and multijurisdictional litigation strategies. She also helps clients commercialize intellectual property assets through complex intellectual property and technology transfer transactions, as well as commercial agreements involving intellectual property, complex technology solutions and related services.
“Airina’s brand management experience makes her a great fit for our Intellectual Property team,” said Mike Rounds, chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Department. “Her work for Fortune 500 companies and prominent brands across an array of industries gives her the depth of experience our clients need as we work with them on developing, protecting and leveraging their brands.
Rodrigues joins Brownstein from DLA Piper’s New York office. She received her B.A., B.C.L. and LL.B. from McGill University.
