Brownstein Attorneys Included in Law Week Colorado’s 2022 Barrister’s Best
Law Week Colorado included three Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck attorneys as winners in its 2022 Barrister’s Best issue. The following attorneys received recognition for their work:

Berger is the chair of Brownstein’s Corporate & Business Department and co-chair of its Tax Group. He helps clients navigate tax elements related to corporate transactions and tax policy. He regularly collaborates with his colleagues in the Government Relations Group to represent clients before Congress and Treasury on noteworthy tax policy and legislative issues.
Chairman Brownstein is the founder and chairman of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. He has impacted our nation’s public policy for over four decades. The D.C. office’s success can be credited to his passion for political advocacy and his relentless pursuit of solutions to clients’ problems. Chairman Brownstein has been instrumental in the passage of numerous federal laws spanning six administrations.
Pankow takes a comprehensive approach to advising his clients on their business reorganization or Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings or purchases. Focusing on each client’s unique legal and business objectives, he offers sophisticated, actionable solutions to organizations navigating corporate restructuring or seeking to acquire distressed assets.
