Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Polly S. Swartzfager is joining the firm as a shareholder in the Corporate Department. She will be based in the Denver office.

Swartzfager leverages her extensive senior-level experience to advise clients on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. She provides ongoing counsel on corporate governance and general business matters, drawing on a broad-based industry background that includes industrial products and services, construction and energy services, natural resources and metals, technology, cybersecurity and health care. Clients appreciate the business acumen and judgment Swartzfager brings to her legal practice.

Swartzfager’s notable experience in debt and equity financings includes representing private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in acquisition financings and working capital facilities. She has structured and negotiated debt financings on behalf of senior and mezzanine lenders, represented clients in venture capital investments, and served as corporate counsel for public equity offerings and 144A debt offerings.
Swartzfager earned her BA from Colorado College and her MBA and JD from Stanford University.
